Abstract:
Objective To promote local swelling, reduce muscle atrophy and to prevent the knee joint and knee devices adhesion, thus maximizing recovery in patients with a heavy load and walking function. Methods From 6 hours to 6 or 8 weeks after the operation, patients did knee rehabilitation exercises. Results 35 cases of distal femoral fracture patients did knee rehabilitation exercises. The incision healed well. The scope of activities of the knee was in normal range after an average of three to four months. Flexion were over 90 ? without pain and deformity. Conclusion Patients should do rehabilitation exercises as early as possible. Scientific and orderly rehabilitation care promotes the wound and fracture healing.
