Abstract:
Information has become the soul of military affairs,campaign,combat support,and other various elements in the battlefield.In the particular war of 5.12 Wenchuan earthquake,in the face of sudden major geological disasters,sensitive information is the premise to effectively run the emergency response mechanism.The information collection,processing and determination permeate throughout the course of earthquake resistance & disaster relief and serve as the core in the effective commanding and coordination.
