Abstract:
Objective To assess the medical staff and department from the aspects of basic workload,quality,science & research,education and so on.Methods Some data on the above aspects were extracted from HIS,and some were input manually.Results Some report forms were established on the basis of the above data.Conclusion An assessment platform for medical quality and achievement is constructed.
