Abstract:
Objective It is being increasingly recognized that electronic management of health information(eHealth) contributes greatly to safe medical treatment,high efficiency and better quality of health care.Definitive standards are required for medical information systems to share electronic health records.Methods The structure and contents of electronic health records were extensively investigated for sharing standards.The standards were evaluated in their functions and influences to the sharing of electronic health records.Results Suggestions were given to the standards of regional electronic health records.Conclusion Regional electronic health records facilitates individual medical care.
