Abstract:
With the development of coronary artery recanalization technology,more and more attention are paid to myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury.PPAR-? is distributed in rat myocardium.Besides insulin sensitizing effect,the ligands of PPAR-? can also exert its protective effects by inhibiting cell inflammatory response and apoptosis.In this review,the author summarized the research advances of the protective effects of the ligands PPAR-? on myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury.
