Abstract:
Embryonic stem cells detached from inner cell mass(ICM),can maintain self-renewal undifferentiation status and differentiate into almost every type of cells.Lots of genes take part in the regulation of embryonic stem cell's proliferation and differen-tiation.In this paper,we reviewed the related genes about embryonic stem cell's proliferation and differentiation,meantime draw off questions which need to be further illuminated.
