Abstract:
The current situation of military medical engineering personnel is analyzed and the attenuation reason for the quality of military medical engineering personnel is discussed. In combination with the source and the actual cultivation of military medical engineering personnel, countermeasures for the cultivation of military medical engineering personnel in a new phase are put forward in view of training a troop with both high-tech knowledge and management ability as well as strict work style in research.
