Blood Gas Regulation of Wusankeli on Patients of Advanced Lung Cancer

Abstract:
Objective To observe the changes of blood gas of ICU patients with advanced lung cancer after Wusankeli being used. Methods Enrolled patients were randomly recruited into a control group and a treatment group. The control group was given the placebo Liuweibuxuekeli and the treatment group was taken Wusanbuxuekeli orally. Results The treatment group had better blood gas improvement than the control group in terms of the improvement of total PaCO2 and PaO2. The difference showed a statistic siguificance (P<0.05) . On the other hand, the concentration of HCO3-showed no obvious change comparing to the control group (P>0.05) .Conclusion Wusankeli can regulate blood gas condition of patients with advanced lung cancer.
