Abstract:
The Unique theoretical and methodology system is the symbol of a mature subject.This paper reviewed the subject development history of Chinese medical S&T management and its defects.The proposed basis for the theoretical and methodological system of medical S&T management consisted of three main characteristics of medicine:humanities.complexity of life and uncertainty of innovation.The construction plan of the theoretical and methodological system Was discussed and the organizational progress was proposed.
