Abstract:
Objective To compare the bond strength between three different treatment factors.Methods Sixty extracted human premolars were randomly divided into 3 groups(n=20).Edgewise bracket was bonded on each tooth.The 24 h shear bond strength and tensile bond strength in 3 groups were tested respectively.The adhesive remnant index was recorded.Results The significantly higher shear bond strengths were observed in the polishing group with tental politure and the group that bonded with light-cured fluoride glass ionomer cements after polishing(Group 1∶5.973?1.519,Group 2∶9.017?3.278,Group 3∶7.862?2.437,P
