Abstract:
Objective:To observe the relationship between the expression of c-erbB-2,nm-23,ER,PR and five-year tumour-free survival time in primary breast cancer.Methods:Seventy-four breast cancer patients with expressions of c-erbB-2,nm-23,ER,PR were detected by using immunohistochemical S-P methods. Results:In the multiplicity, the expression of c-erbB-2 had negative correlation with five-year tumor-free survival time, while the expression of ER had positive correlation with five-year tumor-free survival time.In the mono factor analysis, the expression of nm-23 had positive correlation with five-year tumor-free survival time. Conclusion:Both c-erbB-2,nm-23 and ER could be considered as a prognostic value for breast cancer. The positive of c-erbB-2 may be related to poorly prognosis. The positive of ER and nm-23 may be related to a higher survival time.
