Abstract:
Objective:To explore the electrocardiogram changes of myocardial ischemia(30 min) and reperfusion(120 min) in rats. Methods:We selected 16 SD rats to set up models of myocardial ischemia and reperfusion, and observed the changes of P complex,QRS complex,T wave,S-T segment and the occurrence of arrhythmia in electrocardiogram of lead Ⅱ. Results: ①12 models were useful.② R waves of the 12 models rose transitorily and abnormally during the occlusion of the left coronary artery;new q waves appeared or original q waves deepened when reperfused for 15-20 min, further more, the q waves broadened and deepened gradually along with the reperfusion.③S-T segment and T wave of the 12 models rose gradually from the beginning of coronary artery occlusion to ischemia 20 min. After that they were relatively stable during the ischemia and descended rapidly after the start of reperfusion. The fall of ST segment and T wave was more than 50% before reperfused for 15 min.④Ventricular arrhythmia appeared in 13 models, which occurred mainly after 5-10 min of the coronary artery occlusion and the start of reperfusion. Conclusion: The results suggest that the gradual elevation of S-T segment and T wave to the peak within 15-20 min of myocardial ischemia can be regarded as the index of coronary artery occlusion of rats.Rapid falling of S-T segment and T wave after the start of reperfusion and over 50% drop within 15 min of reperfusion can be regarded as the index of coronary artery reflow of rats.
