Abstract:
Objective: To establish an optimal instant communicating project for the United Nation peacekeeping forces in Liberia. Methods: Comparing several instant messenger software in the net's condition to find their different advantages. Results: Skype is the best voice software,MSN Messenger is the best video software.Tencent QQ is the best software for sending messenges to mobile telephone. Conclusion: Skype and MSN Messenger are useful ways to connect with our online members.The best way of connecting with offline friends is QQ.
