Abstract:
Objective:To explore the effect of emotional stress to the intra-islet apoptosis and the it's neural mechanism.Methods: Using the drinking-conflict stress and restraint stress, we investigated diabetes-prone NOD mouse's c-fos expression in it's brain and it's intra-islet apoptosis.
