Abstract:
Objective:To analyse the nurse scientific research task. Methods:Retrospect analysis was carried out for nurse scientific research task in terms of subject distribution, task group member’s diploma, the title of a technical post,age distribution, etc. Results:Scientific manage brought great effect, and the characteristics existed in the manage of nurse task. Conclusion:Nurse scientific research management emphsizes on innovation.
