Abstract:
Objective To investigate the clinical features, diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of polymyositis patients with cardiac involvement.Methods Clinical data of 41 polymyositis patients with cardiac involvement were analyzed retrospectively.Results In our group, the percentage of polymyositis with cardiac involvement was 38.3%, and 25 (60.1%) out of the 41 patients were asymptomatic.
