Abstract:
Objective: The purpose of the study was to explore the correlation between clinical symptom and performances in Wisconsin Card Sorting Test (WCST) in unmedicated patients with recent onset schizophrenia Methods: Forty unmedicated schizophrenic patients with recent onset and thirty-two normal controls were studied with Wisconsin Card Sorting Test, and at the same time the patients were assessed with PANSS Multivariable correlation analysis was performed to explain relationship between symptom and WCST Results: The performance of patients with schizophrenia was significantly worse than that of the normal controls (P
