Abstract:
Objective To analyze the clinical significance and echocardiographic feature of myocardial bridging. Methods and Results Among 3?216 patients who underwent coronary angiography, 47 patients had myocardial bridging were analyzed, of whom 13 patients had complicated coronary atherosclerosis, 1 had with aortic stenosis and 3 had hypertrophic myopathy. The prevalence of myocardial ischemia was about 40% in the 30 patients with isolated myocardial bridging. Compared with patients with no ischemia.
