Abstract:
According to various advantages of telemedicine, its applications expanded. In the information age background, the telemedicine is gradually applied in the ordinary armed officers and soldiers in medical and health care, and has played a more and more important role. This article briefly described the overview of the development of telemedicine, analyzed the telemedicine necessity of health insurance and elaborates the role of telemedicine in health service to the ordinary armed officers and soldiers. The prospects and expectations of telemedicine systems are also given.
