Clinical observation of magnesium sulfate and nifedipine treatment on pregnancy-induced hypertension

Abstract: Objective: To explore clinical observation of magnesium sulfate and nifedipine treatment of pregnancy-induced hypertension. Methods:Retrospective analysis from December 2009 to November 2011 in our hospital was conducted. Sixty cases of pregnant women with severe pregnancy-induced hypertension divided into two groups. The clinical efficacy and incidence of adverse reactions were observed in patients. Results: The overall response rate(90.0%)was significantly higher overall response rate (73.3%) in observation group. The observation group patients(13.3%) was significantly lower than the control group, the totalefficiency (23.3%),the result is significant(t=2.240, P<0.05). Conclusion: Magnesium sulfate and nifedipine treatment of pregnancy-induced hypertension has significant efficacy and good safety.
