Abstract:
The effect of blood transfusion on the partial immune reation follow- ing bone marrow transplantation in the rats exposed to systemic irradia- tion with 10 Gy gamma ray from ~(60)Co source was studied.In the case of bone marrow transplantation,the immune activity of thymocyte and splenocyte in the group transfused with fresh whole blood after irradi- ation was obviously higher than that of the group which was'nt transfused with fresh whole blood after irradi- ation (P
