Abstract:
A method of preparing the freeze- dried cryoprecipitate in the original plasma bags was introduced. The method includes the designing and making of the bag-support shelf that can be used continuously for performing the freezing and drying procedure, the researching of the optimal drying conditions such as the most suitable temperature rising rate and vacuum control, the studying and choosing of the bag's additional outer package made of aluminium foil to overcome the problem of deliquessent in the storage period. It was examined that the quality of the lyophilized cryoprecipitate prepared in the original plasma bags can satisfy the requirements for transfusion and storage.
