Abstract:
Superoxide Oismutase (SOD) is an important kind of free radical scavenger of superoxide anion (O_2(?)) The SOD was prepard from the expired human erythrocytes, with the extractive method being somewhat improved and the infiltration being used instead of the centrifugation. The final sample was subjected to testing its activity, physical and chemical nature and content of Cu-Zn and was analysed for its amino acids. The results were basically consistent with those reported by literature. And the source of raw meterial for preparing the enzyme is rich, and can be developed as a new way to prepare the enzyme.
