Abstract:
The preparation and usage of cryoprecipitate ocusilla,in which the fibronectin(FN)concentration was 355?34?g/ml,were introduced.This preparation had been used to treat the corneal epithelial wounds in 12 rabbits and the corneal epithelial wounds and disorders of 61 eyes in 59 patients.The results of treat- ment showed that the preparation had remarkably contributed to the repairing and healing of corneal epi- thelial wounds.From the second day of treatment,the healing of wounds of the treated eyes had been obvi- ously faster than that of the control eyes in 12 rabbits,with the diffe- rence between two groups being sig- nificant(p
