A Dynamical Observation on the Activity of 9 Kinds of Coagulation Factors in Banked Blood

Abstract:
The activities of 9 kinds of coagulation factors were investigated dynamically (0 hour, 12 hours, 1 day, 3 days, 8 days, 15 days and 21 days after the fresh blood samples were banked) in 10 banked blood samples which were drawn from 10 blood donors. The results showed that the activities of Factor Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅶ, Ⅹ, Ⅻ of the banked blood samples were considerably stable and that the activities of Factor Ⅴ, Ⅷ, Ⅸ, Ⅺ in the banked blood samples decreased more rapidly. These findings are clinically useful to choose the banked blood stored for various time in the treatment of related diseases.
