Abstract:
In order to locate the generation site of coagulation factors ⅧC,ⅨC and vWFAg in fetus, the levels of coagulation factors ⅧC,ⅨC and vW- FAg had been determined in kidneys, livers, spleens, bone marrows and thymuses of the 18-23 weeks fetuses, got by induction with water bag. And,the changes in levels of these factors were compared before and after culture of the kidney issues. The results showed that the levels of coagulation factors ⅧC,ⅨC and vWFAg in kidney were significantly higher than those in other organs. The levels of coagulation factors ⅧC and ⅨC were raised in the process of cellular proliferation after culture. And therefore, one can come to the preliminary conclusion that the fetus kidney may be one of the organs that can synthesize or store the coagulation factors ⅧC and ⅨC
