Abstract:
Objective To preliminarily study effects of polysaccharide of Sijunzi Decoction (SD) on the function of intestinal mucosal humoral immune. Methods NIH mice were equally randomized into 4 groups:normal control group,model group,SD polysaccharide (SDPS) group,and SD free proteoglycan (SDFP) group. The intestinal sIgA content was detected by ELISA. The phynotype of Peyer's nodel cells was examined with flow cytometer. Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of TLR4 receptor in the intestine. Results Compared to the normal control group,SDPS and SDFP group,the concentration of sIgA was significantly decreased in the model group (P
