Abstract:
Objective To synthesize a component with higher activities of regulating plant growth.Methods On the basis of bioisosterism principles and by the method of substructure link,we modified the parent structure of 1,3,4-thiodiazole and synthesized a new kind of thiadiazole Schiff base.The structure of the new thiadiazole Schiff base was confirmed by infrared spectrum,nuclear magnetic resonance hydrogen spectrum(1HNMR) and elemental analysis.Results The target compound had the activities of regulating plant growth.Conclusion The target compound is worth of development.
