Abstract:
Objective To observe the effect of herbal recipe Zhiganqing capsule(ZGQ capsule) in treating non-alcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD).Methods One hundred and twenty NAFLD patients were divided into two groups randomly.On the basis of diet control and increasing exercise,the treating group was treated with ZGQ capsule,and the control group was treated with Dongbao Gantai pill.The effect and side effects were observed after 4 months.Results The curing rate and total effective rate of treatment group and control group were 51.67%,93.33% and 13.34%,53.33% respectively,the difference between the two groups was significant(P
