Abstract:
Objective To research the effect of the influence of Juantongyin(JTY) on VEGF of endometriotic rats.Methods To observe the effect of high-dose,middle-dose,low-dose JTY and danazol on serum VEGF of endometriotic rats through setting up endometriosis model with rat self-endometria transplantation.Sixty rats were divided into 6 groups randomly:JTY high-dose group(4.29 g/100 g),middle-dose group(1.43 g/100 g),low-dose group(0.48 g/100 g),and danazol group(2.15 mg/100 g),model group and control group 1 mL/100(g?d) of saline.Result There was a marked diversity among model group and other groups(P
