Abstract:
Objective:To increase the medicine concentration in rat prostate by the "sound aperture effect" and site-targeted effect of ultrasound-Mediated Microbubble in order to get better therapeutic effect. Methods: 30 1-year-old male Sprague-Dawley rats were castrated and injected estradiol benzoate for 30 days and divided into three groups randomly, model group, treatment group and ultrasound-mediated microbubble group. Model group was treated with sodium chloride, treatment group was treated with EA-10 and ultrasound-mediated microbubble group was given ultrasound-mediated microbubble and EA-10. Concentration of EA-10 in prostate was measured after the prostate was taken and homogenated. Results: Concentration of EA-10 in treatment group as higher than that of in model group(P
