Abstract:
Objective:To investigate the changes of Livin,VEGF, interleukin(IL)-18 and interferon(IFN)-? in the plasma of patients with vascular dementia, and to observe role of Livin,VEGF,IL-18 and IFN-? in the pathogenesis of vascular dementia. Methods:Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) was used to detect the concentration of Livin,VEGF, IL-18 and IFN-? in the serum of patients with vascular dementia.
