Abstract:
Objective To investigate the effect of borneol administered by gastric gavage or external application on ICAM-1 expression in rat retina with ischemia-reperfusion injury.Methods Rat ischemia-reperfusion model was established.Laser microscope and biological analysis microsoft were used to observe the change of ICAM-1 expression in retina or rats after gastric gavage or external application of borneol.Results Borneol administered by gastric gavage or external application obviously decreased the expression of ICAM-1 after the modeling for 24 hours,the difference being significant as compared with that in the model group(P
