Abstract:
Objective: To investigate the expression ofVEGF-Aand the correlation with the sentinel lymph nodes lymphangiogenesis and its metastasis in non-small cell lung cance(rNSCLC).Methods: The expression of VEGF-A was detected in 65 patients with NSCLC by SP immunohistochemistay. The expression of LYVE-1 was detected by immunofluorescence. The new lymphatic vessel density was counted by LYVE-1 and analyzed with clinicopathologic parameters.
