Abstract:
Objective To explore the protective effects of extraction of Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch. (GC) on CCl4 induced acute hepatic injury in mice. Methods Acute hepatic injury model was made by CCl4. Fifty mice were divided into 5 groups (normal control group, CCl4 model group, bifendate group, low and high dose of GC group) and administrated for 7 days. The levels of ALT, AST, ALP, LPH, TP, ALB, GLB in serum and the activities of SOD, MDA in liver tissue were detected.
