Abstract:
Selection of bacteria classification, collection the normal groups in sterility of vaccine and substances of national Institute of Vaccines (IVAC) of Nha Trang - Da Lat during 20 years (from 1983 to 2003). Cultured environment thioglycolate and Sabouraud. Gram's stain method and recognized and biochemical test were applied routinely by WHO. A computer software based on bacteria classification and SQL language in MS Access were developed by IVAC. This program was used for controlling sterility of vaccine and substances to follow GMP requirement in the future
