Abstract:
Objective:To evaluate the relationship between the blood flow,microvessel density(MVD)and expression of CD146 in ovarian tumor.Methods:Blood flow signals of ovarian carcinoma were preoperatively detected by three diamensions color power angiography(3D-CPA)in 46 patients.MVD,and expression of CD146 in tumor were assessed immunohistochemically.Results:Blood flow grade in ovarian cancer group was significantly higher than that in benign group.The expression of MVD in ovarian cancer group (42.71?8.40)was significantlyhigher than that in benign group(19.48?5.09)(P
