Abstract:
Objective To establish a method for determination of geniposide in Qingfeiyihuo tablets by HPLC.Methods A Diamonsil C18(5 ? m,4.6 mm? 250 mm) column was employed together with a mobile phase of methanol-water(20:80,V/V) at a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min under a detection wavelength of 238 nm.Results The linear range of the detection of geniposide was 0.2884～ 1.4420 ?g(r=0.9997).The average recovery of geniposide was 98.6 %,and RSD was 0.98 %.Conclusion This method is simple,accurate and suitable for the quality control of Qingfeiyihuo tablets.
