Abstract:
Objective:To investigate the biologic reference interval and clinical meaning of laboratory indexs on intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy. Methods:506 normal pregnancy women and 358 intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy women(ICP) was elected. detected the laboratory indexs of intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy:TBA,TB,DB,CG respectively,and 506 normal pregnancy women based on gestational age ware compared,358 ICP women based on the serious degree of the condition ware compared. Results:the content of TBA,TB,DB,CG wasn't related to gestational age in 506 normal control group,and the biologic reference interval are: TBA,TB,DB,CG.There are obviously difference of the content of TBA、TB、DB、CG between the ICP women and the normal control group(P
