0.05).The level of TGF-?1 in lung homogenate of model group was higher than blank group and Danshen group(P0.05).Conclusion TGF-?1 participates in invasion process of COPD and Danshen injection can interve COPD airway remodeling by down-regulating the level of TGF-?1.
