Abstract:
Objective:To explore clinical effect and mechanism of stimulating cerebral fastigial nucleus to acute ischemia.Motheds:Two hundreds-twenty patients were divided into two groups randomly.Conventional medical treatment was applicd to the comparative group,while fastigial nucleus stimulation was addited to the treatment group by Cerebrovascular Functional Therapy on the basis conventional treatment.Results:The score of neurologic function,vertigo and headache of the treatment group’s post treatment reduced 5.56?3.32,and tally of comparative group’s post treatment lessened 2.34?2.40.There were significantly differences between two groups.Conclusions:The functional recovery or improvement of vertigo and headache for ischemia is significanty by fastigial nucleus stimulation.
