Abstract:
Objective:To study the clinical value of measurement of serum, urine ?_2-microglobulin(?_2-M)) and urine albium in patients with hyperthyroidism. Methods:The levels of serum ?_2-M,thyroid hormone(including T3、T4),Cre,Urea and urine ?_2-M,and albium of 50 healthy volunteers(as control group) and 190 patients with hyperthyroidism were measured by radioimmunassay(RIA).And the results were compared and analyzed. Results:Levels of serum ?_2-microglobulin and urine ?_2-microglobulin,and albium in the patients with hyperthyroidism(including the preliminary diagnosis group and unrelieved group) were significantly higher than those in control group and cured hyperthyroidism group(P0.05).There was favourable correlation between the serum ?_2-microglobulin and serum T3(the correlative coefficient was 0.91).Conclusion:It is of great clinical significance to measure serum and urine ?_2-microglobulin combinding urine albium for concluding the degree of hyperthyroidism,as well as the location and degree of the damages of kedney.
