Abstract:
Objective:To explore the effect of heredity on functional states of Thl/Th2 in cord blood mononuclear cells(CBMC)of neonates,whether their parents have anaphylactic disease. Methods:Cord blood was taken from 40 normal full term neonatals,who were divided into 20 ones with their parents having anaphylactic disease(AD group),and 20 not(control group).Collect blood plasma and cord blood mononuclear cells(CBMC)of neonates were separated,Blood plasma was collected and after stimulation with PHA,cell proliferation was detected by MTT method. IL-2,IL-4,IFN-r,and GM-CSF in supernatant were assayed by ELASA after CBMCs were cultured in vitro for 48h.
