Expression of PTEN,MMP-9 and P27kip1 in breast cancer and their clinical significance

Abstract:
Objective:To study the expression of PTEN,MMP-9 and P27kip1 in breast cancer and their relationship,to investigate the relationship between their expression and the clinical stage、the metastasis of axillary lymph node and prognosis. Methods:50 cases of breast cancer with complete clinical and pathological material are selected and test the expression of PTEN,MMP-9,P27kip1 by the SP immunohisto-chemical method. Results:The high expression rate of PTEN,MMP-9,P27kip1 are54%,74%,62% respectively. Conclusion:The expression of PTEN,MMP-9,P27kip1 in breast cance correlates with the clinical stage and the metastasis of axillary lymph node and can be used as the marker of patient’s prognosis.
