Abstract:
Objective To compare the content of saponin in Bark of Silktree Albizziae and Bark of Silktree Albizziae kaldora derived from different collection periods.Method Spectrophotometry was used to determine the contents of saponin.Result The contents of saponin in one-year Bark of Silktree Albizziae is different from two-year Bark of Silktree Albizziae(P0.05).The contents of saponin in multi-year Bark of Silktree Albizziae is different from multi-year Bark of Silktree Albizziae kaldora(P
