Abstract:
Objective:To observe the changes of cerebrospinal-fluid albumin index and blood-brain barrier in patients with central nervous system infection. Methods:The levels of albumin in serum and CSF were determined by using immunoturbidimeter method in 18 patients with tuberculous meningitis(TBM) in acute phase and recovery phase,23 patients with viral encephalitis(VE) in acute phase, and 18 normal people.
