Abstract:
AIM:To observe the effect of Jianwei Yuyang Granule(Radix Bupleuri,Radix Codonopsis,Rhizoma Atractylodis macrocephalae,Rhizoma Corydalis,etc.) on the expressions of PS_2 and platelet activating factor(PAF) of helicobacterpylori-associated gastritis and study the potential mechanisim. METHODS:80 cases were divided into two groups.Jianwei Yuyang Granule group(42 cases) was given Jianwei Yuyang Granule and the control group(38 cases) was given three kinds of western medicines combined.H.pylori was detected by urease test on biopsy specimen of gastric mucosa and Warthin-Starry method and the changes of expressions of PS_2 and platelet activating factor(PAF) were observed.The contents of aninohexose and phosphatide in gastric mucosa were determined at the same time.All patients were rechecked gastroscope in the 6th week.
