Abstract:
Objective To observe the effect of Yiqi Huayu Recipe on the expression of protein kinase C (PKC) and CyclinE in rats with gastric precancerous lesions (GPL). Methods The model of GPL was established mainly through N-methyl-N-nitro N-nitrosoguanidine (MNNG) together with other factors including alcohol stimulation and undue hunger and overeating. The survived rats after modeling were randomly divided into spontaneous recovery, and high-, moderate- and low-dose Yiqi Huayu group. After the corresponding treatment, the expression of PKC and CyclinE were detected by immunohistochemical method in each group.
