Abstract:
This article discussed the insight and recommendation on medical science research management from the medical information perspective.It included the following aspects:the medical information is the information source of medical science research management:the medical information research is the basis for planning;the information technology is important in strategic management;the effectiveness of the medical information depends on the adoption of management:the efficiency of medical information depends on the evaluation of the management;administrative science and scientific administration need the advocate of managers:the"a Ccess to resources capacity"should not be used as indicators of the integrated competitive strength;SCI and IF should be evaluated with caution so as to avoid misleading:the development of medical science iournals is a difficult problem for the medical science research management:the view of science is the basis of scientific management in Chinese medicine:the medical information needs the understanding and support of managers.
