Abstract:
Objective To investigate the influence of electroacupuncture (EA) on behaviors and GR, NR2B in hippocampal of the chronic stress depression rats. Methods Forty SD rats were divided into control, model, EA and Prozac groups. Chronic stress model was established by using chronic mixed stimulation. Observe the behaviors caused by chronic stress, including changes of spontaneous movements in Open-field test, learning-memory behavior in"Y"-maze test and stillness time in forced-swimming test. The expression of GR and NR2B in hippocampal tissue was detected by immunohistochemical technology. Results Compared with control group, the results of spontaneous movements, stillness swimming time and learning-memory behaviors of the chronic stress model rats were declined significantly (P
